Church operations and general administration are critical to all ministries of St. Mark's. Volunteers and staff work together to coordinate efforts to support both the physical campus, finances and parishioners. See below for some of the ministries included.
Building & Grounds (2nd Saturdays at 9 am) - This group of parishioners oversees, mnaintains and improves the church and parish buildings and grounds. Contact: Mark Adrian, Building & Grounds Chair
Finance Committee - (2nd Wednesdays at 10 am) - This group of dedicated volunteers is responsible for financial operations and budgetary planning. Contact: Don Ogren, Finance Chair
Collection Committee - Counts and processes the service offerings.

(Please remember that the Vestry member assigned to lock-up duty is the
backup counter for each week in the instance of a counter's unplanned absence.)
Office Volunteers - There are many volunteers who pitch in to help around the office. Some of our office volunteers come in for morning or afternoon shifts to answer phones and help out with “other duties as assigned” – miscellaneous tasks, such as collating and filing, that keep us organized. Once a month, a cadre of volunteers come in to assemble and mail out the monthly newsletter. Contact: Susan Ladue
Personnel Committee (meets as needed) - Supports and nurtures the church staff.
Stewardship Committee (meets as announced) - The purpose of the Stewardship committee is to nurture and grow the resources of the church, both financially and through a year-long program of education and formation, pastorally. Contact: TBD
Vestry (3rd Wednesdays at 6:30 pm) - A body of 12 members of the congregation who serve to focus on the six core ministries of the church and facilitate their growth, as well as exercise feduciaty oversight of parish operations. The vestry meetings are presided over by the rector of St. Mark's. Contact: Susan Ladue, Senior Warden
